  • To determine a test is fair or not, you can't just use the average score of a special, say, race or poverty, group. You have to be able to argue that two people with similar capability (which is the topic of the subject) were scored differently based on just certain quality. A lot of Fair testing's arguments are simply based on average score of different races.
